Hear directly from participating companies. After registering for MYAU, choose one session per time slot. An online place is available only where that session offers one; admission alone does not reserve a session seat.
Employer interviews
GAMUDA and KPMG Malaysia are both interviewing on the day, separately from the hybrid sharing sessions. The résumé you upload with your MYAU registration is shared with participating companies where you allowed employer sharing, and each company runs its own process from there.
Both interviews start at 2:00 pm
Each runs about 20 minutes, and the first sharing-session slot begins at 2:15 pm. If a company arranges to interview you, do not also hold a session in that first slot. You can cancel a booking at any time to release your seat.
Walk in on the day
Hiring graduates and interns for its Sydney and Melbourne offices, across engineering, finance, renewable energy, legal, procurement and related fields. You can bring a printed résumé and ask about a walk-in interview on the day.

Hiring interns and graduates in Audit, Tax and Advisory, plus Business Support at internship level.
To make your résumé available to participating companies, use the registration and résumé dropbox above. Employer sharing and interview interest are separate opt-in choices. A sharing-session booking does not book a company interview.

The fair is for Malaysian students across Australia. Not in the host city? Interstate students can still join selected sessions virtually and connect with participating companies.

On the day
A rough shape of the day so you can plan around it. Times may shift on the day, so treat these as a guide rather than a timetable.
12:00 pm/Doors open and registration
Come to the registration table with your MyHeart confirmation and your MYAU QR code saved on your phone. Having both as screenshots is faster than loading them on venue Wi-Fi.
12:30 pm/Opening ceremony
In the auditorium. Our team will direct you there when you arrive.
Afternoon/Company booths
Open through the afternoon on the main floor. Come and go between sessions, and bring printed résumés if you have them.
2:00 pm/Employer interviews begin

The resume drive
Register on Career Bridge, then upload a PDF résumé to your MYAU booking. Authorised MASCA NSW and SUAMS résumé reviewers can access it privately. Employer sharing and interview interest are separate opt-in choices, not a guarantee of an interview. You can cancel your booking to withdraw those choices. At the 2025 fair, the drive collected 98 resumes from students across five NSW universities and put them in front of every participating company.

A collaboration between the Sydney University Association of Malaysian Students and the Malaysian Students’ Council of Australia, NSW Chapter, with Malaysian student organisations across the country invited to take part.
