The first official workshop is held virtually. Further workshop links and updates are shared in the participant chat.

Preliminary deck due
Submit a PowerPoint or PDF pitch deck through Career Bridge. The brief allows up to 10 slides, excluding listed front matter and appendix pages.
13 Sep · 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Semi-finals · online
Selected teams present online for up to 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute live Q&A. The top five teams progress.
26 Sep · 11:59 PM AEST
Final deck due
Finalists submit their refined PowerPoint or PDF presentation deck through Career Bridge. The presentation may contain up to 15 content slides. The cover page, team introduction, table of contents, divider pages, references in APA style, and appendix are excluded from that limit.
27 Sep · 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Grand final · Sydney
Finalists present in person in Sydney for up to 15 minutes, followed by a 10-minute live Q&A.

You’re probably eligible
Any Malaysian student in Australia
Undergraduate, postgraduate coursework, or research — at any university across the 7 states.
Teams of 2 to 4, or solo
Bring your own team of two, three or four, or register on your own and we'll place you into one.

Your work doesn’t stop at the final
When you register, you can add your resume to the Think Tank resume drive on Career Bridge. With your consent, it’s shared with partner companies after the event, and your Career Bridge profile keeps you connected to live opportunities all year. You stay in control: sharing is opt-in, and you can withdraw any time.
